I opened the first bottle of my Gimp Biscuit ESB tonite.  It’s only been two weeks, but I’m too impatient to wait any longer.

Crisp hiss one opening.  Nice creamy head.  Color is beautiful, with a touch of red.  A little darker than I thought- maybe I’ll lose chocolate malt in the next version or swap out the 40L crystal for something lighter.  Taste is still very green.  A slight boozy bite.  No obvious defects.  Not as exciting as I was hoping- the biscuit malt doesn’t shine through quite like I thought it would.  But that should improved with time.
